Frequently asked questions
- How far in advance do I need to order?
- At least two weeks before your event date. Anything inside two weeks cannot be accepted, because every cake is made to order around other bookings. Popular dates and long weekends go faster, so earlier is always better.
- How do deposits and payment work?
- A 50% deposit secures your date. Until that deposit is paid the date is not held, even if the design has been agreed. The remaining balance is due when you collect the order.
- Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
- Both. Pickup is available in Oshawa and Scarborough, arranged with you once the design is confirmed. Delivery is quoted by distance, so include your postal code in the quote form and we will price it for you.
